The consortium meets regularly to discuss the project, its past and upcoming tasks, exchange on the main challenges encountered and their possible solutions, as well as to share success stories. And we already have quite many of them! Until now following meetings took place:
- 1st meeting in Radolfzell (24-25.01.2019): the meeting gave the partners an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss how to support the uptake of integrated urban planning in European municipalities. They also discussed how to organise the city competition, as well as how to reach the vastest possible group of potentially interested cities.
- 2nd meeting in Cracow (30.09-01.10.2019): during the meeting the partners shared results of their national city competitions, as well as started drafting peer-learning plan to ensure efficient, interesting and interactive exchanges between participating municipalities. Apart from that, workshop on project dissemination and exploitation was conducted, where partners discussed what future results and products will be especially worth sharing with different target groups.
- 3rd meeting on-line (13.03.2020): since the meeting in Cracow the world situation changed a lot and instead in picturesque Graz, the partners had to meet virtually. Despite difficulties, the consortium managed to have efficient exchanges on the national P2P plans, key learnings from the 1st round of workshops with cities and the energy plans to be developed by committed cities. They also took part in a mock up workshop for technical planning staff facilitated by PoadMaxwan and GE, experienced Dutch partners.
- 4th meeting on-line (14-15.10.2020): being more and more experienced with using different tools facilitating on-line exchanges and workshops, the partners worked on ideas on how to spread national and European guidelines and info packs developed within MULTIPLY efficiently among other municipalities, how to get the maximum out of the ongoing P2P processes, how to support cities with the development of Energy Plans and how to create meaningful European exchange components in these challenging times.
- 5th meeting on-line (21.05.2021): the meeting focused on the analysis of partners and municipalities views’ of the already advanced P2P learning process, discussing status quo of the work on national and European guidelines on integrated urban planning, as well as on the state-of-the art with the work on local energy plans. The consortium also started planning European conference, that would be – let’s hope – final opportunity to meet in person both for partners and city representatives.
